How to Storyboard

I have watched these videos to understand more profoundly how to make a storyboard to apply it when I make it for my film’s introduction.

A storyboard is a graphic organizer that plans a narrative. They are a powerful way to visually tell a story and present information. They are a set of sequential drawings to tell a story.

Just as they are used in movie-making and animation, storyboards are also used by advertising agencies for commercials, directors for plays, and artists for comics.

By using storyboards, directors can better plan out the camera angles, setting, props, actors, and special effects to be more industrious during production. It can also help check to see if the script makes sense and allows you to correct some errors before they are to expensive to correct.

Film projects that benefit from story boarding:

  • Commercials
  • TV shows
  • Feature films
  • Independent films
  • YouTube videos
  • Instructional videos
